Introduction & Acceptance

Welcome to ThermoLuxeBD (thermoluxebd.com). These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of our website and to every purchase you make from us. By browsing our website or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

Products & Descriptions

  • We sell thermal wear, gloves, socks and other winter accessories.
  • We try to describe every product accurately, including color, size and material.
  • Product colors may look slightly different from the photos because of screen settings and lighting.
  • Sizes are measured by hand, so a small difference of 1–2 cm may occur. Please check the size chart or contact us before ordering.
  • How warm a product feels depends on weather, activity and layering. We do not guarantee performance at a specific temperature.
  • Stock availability is confirmed only after your order is verified.

Pricing & Offers

  • All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).
  • We may change prices, discounts or offers at any time without notice. Orders already confirmed are not affected.
  • Discounts and promotions are for a limited time and cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.
  • Free home delivery applies when you order 2 or more products together, under the conditions shown on the website at the time of your order.
  • If a price is shown incorrectly by mistake, we may cancel the order and inform you.

Order & Confirmation

  • To order, you must give your name, mobile number, district, thana and full address.
  • Your order is not final until our representative confirms it by phone or WhatsApp.
  • We may cancel an order if the product is out of stock, your phone is unreachable, the information is incorrect or incomplete, or the order looks fake or fraudulent.
  • Please keep your phone on after placing an order.

Payment

  • We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only.
  • Pay the delivery person the full amount (product price + delivery charge) after receiving your parcel.
  • We will never ask for your password or OTP. Please do not share these with anyone.
  • If we add online payment methods in the future, additional terms will be published here.

Delivery

6.1 Delivery Charge
  • Inside Dhaka City: ৳80
  • Outside Dhaka City: ৳150
  • The exact charge is shown at checkout before you confirm your order.
  • Free home delivery applies to eligible orders as described in Section 3.
6.2 Delivery Time
  • Usually 1–3 working days after order confirmation.
  • Delivery may take longer in remote areas, or because of public holidays, bad weather or courier delays.
6.3 Receiving Your Parcel
  • Please make sure someone is available at the delivery address and your phone is reachable.
  • Where possible, check your parcel in front of the delivery person and report any problem immediately.
  • If delivery fails because the customer is unreachable or unavailable, we may re-attempt or cancel the order.

Return, Exchange & Refund

7.1 When You Can Return or Exchange
  • You received the wrong product, size or color.
  • The product is damaged or defective.
  • You want a size exchange (subject to stock availability).
7.2 Conditions
  • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product, with clear photos or a video if the product is wrong or damaged.
  • For a size exchange, contact us within 3 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, unwashed and in its original condition and packaging.
  • If the mistake is ours, we bear the delivery cost. For a size exchange or change of mind, the customer bears the delivery cost.
7.3 Not Eligible
  • Products that have been worn, used, washed or altered.
  • Slight color difference caused by screen or lighting.
  • Requests made after the time limits above.
7.4 Refund

Where a refund is approved, it is sent through mobile banking (bKash/Nagad) within 3–7 working days after we receive and inspect the product.

Order Cancellation

  • You can cancel your order for free before it is shipped by calling or messaging us on WhatsApp.
  • Once the parcel is shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
  • If you refuse delivery without a valid reason, we may charge the delivery fee and limit future COD orders from that number.

User Responsibilities

  • Provide correct and complete information when ordering.
  • Do not place fake or prank orders.
  • Do not misuse the website or try to harm its security.
  • Keep your account login details safe.
  • Do not use the website for any unlawful purpose.

Intellectual Property

The logo, images, text and design on this website belong to ThermoLuxeBD. You may not copy, reuse or republish them without our written permission.

Limitation of Liability

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, natural events or other things beyond our control.
  • Our liability is limited to the price of the product you purchased.
  • The website is provided "as is" and may sometimes be unavailable for maintenance or technical reasons.

Changes to Terms & Governing Law

  • We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be published on this page.
  • Continuing to use the website after an update means you accept the revised terms.
  • These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. We will try to settle any dispute amicably first; otherwise it falls under the courts of Dhaka.

আমাদের ওয়েবসাইট ব্যবহার বা ThermoLuxeBD থেকে অর্ডার করার আগে অনুগ্রহ করে এই শর্তাবলী মনোযোগ দিয়ে পড়ুন।

ভূমিকা ও সম্মতি

ThermoLuxeBD (thermoluxebd.com)-এ আপনাকে স্বাগতম। এই শর্তাবলী আমাদের ওয়েবসাইট ব্যবহার এবং আমাদের কাছ থেকে করা প্রতিটি ক্রয়ের ক্ষেত্রে প্রযোজ্য। ওয়েবসাইট ব্রাউজ করা বা অর্ডার করার মাধ্যমে আপনি নিশ্চিত করছেন যে আপনি এই শর্তাবলী পড়েছেন, বুঝেছেন এবং সম্মত হয়েছেন। সম্মত না হলে অনুগ্রহ করে ওয়েবসাইট ব্যবহার করবেন না।

পণ্য ও বিবরণ

  • আমরা থার্মাল ওয়্যার, গ্লাভস, মোজা এবং অন্যান্য শীতকালীন এক্সেসরিজ বিক্রি করি।
  • রঙ, সাইজ ও ম্যাটেরিয়াল সহ প্রতিটি পণ্যের বিবরণ যথাসম্ভব সঠিক রাখার চেষ্টা করি।
  • স্ক্রিন সেটিংস ও আলোর কারণে ছবির সাথে পণ্যের রঙে সামান্য পার্থক্য থাকতে পারে।
  • সাইজ হাতে মাপা হয়, তাই ১–২ সেমি পার্থক্য হতে পারে। অর্ডারের আগে সাইজ চার্ট দেখুন বা আমাদের সাথে যোগাযোগ করুন।
  • পণ্য কতটা উষ্ণতা দেবে তা আবহাওয়া, কাজ ও পোশাকের স্তরের উপর নির্ভর করে। নির্দিষ্ট তাপমাত্রায় কার্যকারিতার নিশ্চয়তা আমরা দিই না।
  • অর্ডার যাচাইয়ের পরই স্টকের নিশ্চয়তা দেওয়া হয়।

মূল্য ও অফার

  • সব মূল্য বাংলাদেশি টাকায় (৳) প্রদর্শিত।
  • আমরা যেকোনো সময় নোটিশ ছাড়াই মূল্য, ডিসকাউন্ট বা অফার পরিবর্তন করতে পারি। ইতোমধ্যে নিশ্চিত হওয়া অর্ডারে এর প্রভাব পড়বে না।
  • ডিসকাউন্ট ও প্রমোশন সীমিত সময়ের জন্য এবং আলাদাভাবে উল্লেখ না থাকলে একসাথে ব্যবহার করা যাবে না।
  • একসাথে ২টি বা তার বেশি পণ্য অর্ডার করলে ফ্রি হোম ডেলিভারি পাওয়া যাবে, অর্ডারের সময় ওয়েবসাইটে উল্লেখ করা শর্ত সাপেক্ষে।
  • ভুলবশত মূল্য ভুল দেখানো হলে আমরা অর্ডার বাতিল করে আপনাকে জানাতে পারি।

অর্ডার ও নিশ্চিতকরণ

  • অর্ডার করতে আপনার নাম, মোবাইল নম্বর, জেলা, থানা ও সম্পূর্ণ ঠিকানা দিতে হবে।
  • আমাদের প্রতিনিধি ফোন বা WhatsApp-এ নিশ্চিত না করা পর্যন্ত অর্ডার চূড়ান্ত নয়।
  • পণ্য স্টকে না থাকলে, ফোন বন্ধ থাকলে, তথ্য ভুল বা অসম্পূর্ণ হলে অথবা অর্ডার ভুয়া বা প্রতারণামূলক মনে হলে আমরা অর্ডার বাতিল করতে পারি।
  • অর্ডারের পর অনুগ্রহ করে আপনার ফোন চালু রাখুন।

পেমেন্ট

  • বর্তমানে আমরা শুধুমাত্র ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি (COD) গ্রহণ করি।
  • পার্সেল হাতে পেয়ে ডেলিভারি ম্যানকে পণ্যের মূল্য ও ডেলিভারি চার্জসহ পুরো টাকা পরিশোধ করুন।
  • আমরা কখনো আপনার পাসওয়ার্ড বা OTP চাইব না। এগুলো কাউকে জানাবেন না।
  • ভবিষ্যতে অনলাইন পেমেন্ট চালু হলে অতিরিক্ত শর্ত এখানে প্রকাশ করা হবে।

ডেলিভারি

৬.১ ডেলিভারি চার্জ
  • ঢাকা সিটির ভেতরে: ৳৮০
  • ঢাকা সিটির বাইরে: ৳১৫০
  • অর্ডার নিশ্চিত করার আগে চেকআউটে সঠিক চার্জ দেখানো হয়।
  • যোগ্য অর্ডারে ফ্রি হোম ডেলিভারি প্রযোজ্য, যা ধারা ৩-এ বলা হয়েছে।
৬.২ ডেলিভারির সময়
  • অর্ডার নিশ্চিত হওয়ার পর সাধারণত ১–৩ কার্যদিবস।
  • দূরবর্তী এলাকায়, সরকারি ছুটি, খারাপ আবহাওয়া বা কুরিয়ার সমস্যার কারণে বেশি সময় লাগতে পারে।
৬.৩ পার্সেল গ্রহণ
  • ডেলিভারির সময় ঠিকানায় কেউ উপস্থিত থাকুন এবং আপনার ফোন চালু রাখুন।
  • সম্ভব হলে ডেলিভারি ম্যানের সামনে পার্সেল দেখে নিন এবং কোনো সমস্যা থাকলে সাথে সাথে জানান।
  • গ্রাহককে না পাওয়া গেলে বা অনুপস্থিত থাকলে আমরা আবার চেষ্টা করতে পারি অথবা অর্ডার বাতিল করতে পারি।
৭

রিটার্ন, এক্সচেঞ্জ ও রিফান্ড

৭.১ যেসব ক্ষেত্রে রিটার্ন বা এক্সচেঞ্জ করা যাবে
  • ভুল পণ্য, সাইজ বা রঙ পেলে।
  • পণ্য ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত বা ত্রুটিপূর্ণ হলে।
  • সাইজ পরিবর্তন করতে চাইলে (স্টক থাকা সাপেক্ষে)।
৭.২ শর্ত
  • পণ্য পাওয়ার ৪৮ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে আমাদের জানান। ভুল বা ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত পণ্যের ক্ষেত্রে স্পষ্ট ছবি বা ভিডিও পাঠান।
  • সাইজ এক্সচেঞ্জের জন্য ডেলিভারির ৩ দিনের মধ্যে যোগাযোগ করুন।
  • পণ্য অবশ্যই অব্যবহৃত, না ধোয়া এবং মূল অবস্থায় ও প্যাকেজিংসহ থাকতে হবে।
  • আমাদের ভুল হলে ডেলিভারি খরচ আমরা বহন করব। সাইজ এক্সচেঞ্জ বা পছন্দ পরিবর্তনের ক্ষেত্রে ডেলিভারি খরচ গ্রাহক বহন করবেন।
৭.৩ যেসব ক্ষেত্রে গ্রহণযোগ্য নয়
  • পরা, ব্যবহৃত, ধোয়া বা পরিবর্তন করা পণ্য।
  • স্ক্রিন বা আলোর কারণে রঙে সামান্য পার্থক্য।
  • উপরের সময়সীমার পরে করা অনুরোধ।
৭.৪ রিফান্ড

রিফান্ড অনুমোদিত হলে পণ্য হাতে পেয়ে পরীক্ষা করার পর ৩–৭ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে মোবাইল ব্যাংকিং (bKash/Nagad) এর মাধ্যমে টাকা ফেরত দেওয়া হবে।

অর্ডার বাতিল

  • পণ্য শিপ হওয়ার আগে ফোন বা WhatsApp-এ জানিয়ে বিনা খরচে অর্ডার বাতিল করা যাবে।
  • পার্সেল শিপ হয়ে গেলে বাতিল করা সম্ভব নাও হতে পারে।
  • যথাযথ কারণ ছাড়া ডেলিভারি ফিরিয়ে দিলে আমরা ডেলিভারি চার্জ দাবি করতে এবং ওই নম্বর থেকে ভবিষ্যৎ COD অর্ডার সীমিত করতে পারি।

ব্যবহারকারীর দায়িত্ব

  • অর্ডারের সময় সঠিক ও সম্পূর্ণ তথ্য দিন।
  • ভুয়া বা মজা করে অর্ডার করবেন না।
  • ওয়েবসাইটের অপব্যবহার বা নিরাপত্তা নষ্টের চেষ্টা করবেন না।
  • আপনার অ্যাকাউন্টের লগইন তথ্য সুরক্ষিত রাখুন।
  • কোনো বেআইনি কাজে ওয়েবসাইট ব্যবহার করবেন না।

মেধাস্বত্ব

এই ওয়েবসাইটের লোগো, ছবি, লেখা ও ডিজাইন ThermoLuxeBD-এর সম্পত্তি। আমাদের লিখিত অনুমতি ছাড়া এগুলো কপি, পুনর্ব্যবহার বা পুনঃপ্রকাশ করা যাবে না।

দায়বদ্ধতার সীমাবদ্ধতা

  • কুরিয়ারের দেরি, প্রাকৃতিক ঘটনা বা আমাদের নিয়ন্ত্রণের বাইরের কারণে হওয়া বিলম্বের জন্য আমরা দায়ী নই।
  • আমাদের দায় আপনার কেনা পণ্যের মূল্য পর্যন্ত সীমাবদ্ধ।
  • ওয়েবসাইট "যেমন আছে" ভিত্তিতে দেওয়া হয় এবং রক্ষণাবেক্ষণ বা কারিগরি কারণে মাঝে মাঝে বন্ধ থাকতে পারে।

শর্ত পরিবর্তন ও প্রযোজ্য আইন

  • আমরা যেকোনো সময় এই শর্তাবলী হালনাগাদ করতে পারি। সর্বশেষ সংস্করণ সবসময় এই পেজে প্রকাশ করা হবে।
  • হালনাগাদের পরও ওয়েবসাইট ব্যবহার করলে আপনি নতুন শর্তাবলী গ্রহণ করেছেন বলে গণ্য হবে।
  • এই শর্তাবলী বাংলাদেশের আইন দ্বারা পরিচালিত। কোনো বিরোধ হলে প্রথমে আলোচনার মাধ্যমে সমাধানের চেষ্টা করা হবে, না হলে ঢাকার আদালতের এখতিয়ারভুক্ত হবে।
